Meet the Artists

Daniel Graves is a humanist oil painter focused on beauty. He paints figures, still life, landscapes, and is an etcher. He is the Founder of 

The Florence Academy of Art.

 An Expressive Realist and ARC Living Master™,  in her oil paintings, Mary employs decades of classical, alla prima, and plein air heritage in her search for the soul of each subject.

Steven is considered to be one of the most accomplished contemporary figurative artists of today. He works exclusively from life and has devoted himself to the realistic rendering of the human figure: a vehicle for expressing various psychological stages & states. His painting/ drawing is layered with modern techniques, Old Master styles, and traditional tableaux.

 K. Libbey Nash studied drawing, painting, ceramic sculpture, and monotype printing at the Minnetonka Center for the Arts, the University of MN, and through ongoing independent study. Currently, she is focused on Mixed Media and Collage.

James Shoop is Realist/Art Nouveau sculptor. He specializes in 3-D sculpting, mold making, bronze, resins, & hydra stone. His body of work expresses his passion and interpretation of the human form.

An esteemed Minneapolis artist and musician at the turn of the century, Pauline Kruger Hamilton went on to be the Habsburg's court photographer in Vienna, prior to World War I. Since her death in 1918, her originals were closely held by family.
